Anyone visiting or making a purchase through www.topplayerbrand.com agrees to our terms and policies and accepts our rules.



It can take 2-5 business days to prepare an order and fulfill an order.

All claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks of receiving the product.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Claims that are considered an error on our part are covered at our expense without hassle.

If you notice a problem with the products or anything else with your order, please submit a problem report to our customer service.

In case of an incorrect address: If you provide an address that is deemed insufficient by the delivery service, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment once we confirm an updated address with you (if applicable).

If your order is unclaimed or picked up: unclaimed shipments are returned to our facility and you will be responsible for the reshipment charges yourself (if any).

Top Player Brand will not accept returns of sealed merchandise, such as face masks,
that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.

You hereby agree that all orders returned with face masks will not be available for reshipment and will be rejected.

Returns: Please contact us to inform our department of the reason and basis for your decision to return the item(s) you ordered.

With the exception of customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders due to buyer’s remorse. Returns of products, face masks,
as well as size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion.

The customer must take the trouble to look at the size information and please do not make any mistakes.

Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact our customer service and express their desire to return the item within 7 consecutive days of receipt, providing a photo of the item.

The withdrawal request will be evaluated to verify if the product has been used or destroyed, even partially.
In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

Notice to EU consumers: In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal cannot be granted for:

1. the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized

2. sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery and therefore cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene.

With this in mind, Top Player Brand reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translation made for any purpose.


Delivery and return

1. The information provided (name, surname, delivery address, billing address …) during the payment process of the order must be without error in order to proceed to a successful order processing and shipping.

2. The time and cost to deliver an order to a customer depends on the country and the quantity of items in the cart.

3. The customer can see the cost and time of his delivery during the ordering process.

4. The delivery time can be estimated according to the choice of delivery. In case of delay, which is not our habit, the customer has a maximum of 45 days to claim his money or a new deadline to send another order.

5. The customer can ask for a refund or we can return the item if the package has not been delivered within 45 days of shipment.

6. We can only offer a free replacement order if there is a problem with the order, such as a manufacturing error, printing problems.

7. If the customer does not receive the order, we will send it back and the customer will not have to pay anything.

This only applies if the delivery company confirms that the order has not arrived at the delivery address indicated by the customer. (We are not responsible for a mistake on your part on your delivery address).

8. The customer may receive the package before the time we mentioned at the time of the order.
In general, 89% of customers receive their order before the estimated delivery date chosen.

9. The customer can cancel the order before we process the order, but once we have processed the order, the customer cannot cancel the order.

10. We give the customer the opportunity to change the order in case of error, but this must be done before the order is processed and shipped.

11. We are not responsible for delays in delivery, as we work with several delivery companies, from which the customer can choose the different means of delivery.

12. The delivery times announced on the site apply only in working days.

13. The preparation and execution of an order can take between 2 and 5 working days.

For express deliveries, the processing days are shorter.

14. Our service cannot be held responsible for shipping costs, it does not depend on us voluntarily, but rather on the shipping and delivery companies.

15. Packages are delivered to the address that the customer gives us when ordering and we will not be responsible if the customer has made a mistake on his address without advising us to correct it.

16. The customer can only return the received items if they are damaged within 3 weeks from the delivery date.

17. The customer must contact us to give us more information about the damaged items with supporting evidence.

18. Items to be returned or exchanged must be unworn, with all original tags attached and in original packaging.

19. Previously worn items are classified as unacceptable and will not be refunded.

20. In case of any problem, Top Player Brand guarantees return or exchange within 3 weeks after delivery if the item does not match the item description mentioned on our website (Order Error).

21. You are entitled to a full refund if the product does not match the description, we do not cover the shipping costs; otherwise, keep the item and find an agreement with our service.

The shipping cost of a new product will be charged to us.


Steps for refund and exchange

Step 1: Contact us with your concern so that we can help you with your return process.

Step 2: Indicate the item you wish to return and the reason. We will respond within 24 hours.

Step 3: After receiving the return instructions from us, please pack the item(s) and keep them in good condition and well packaged. Send the package and let us know the status of your return.

Step 4: Continue to track the logistics information. Once the delivery has been successfully completed, please inform us so that we can arrange a refund for you as soon as possible.

Step 5: Normally, please allow 7-10 business days for processing of the package after it arrives at our processing center. You will receive an email notification once we have processed your refund.

Shipping and original shipping charges for returns are non-refundable.

Returned items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging.

We will not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

We will not accept returned items that have been sent back directly from you without first checking with us.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the item.
Please include the date and number of your order to expedite the refund.

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning damaged items.

Please do not return directly to the address on the package received. Send only to the address provided by our customer service department.
