By visiting or making a purchase on www.topplayerbrand.com, you agree to our Terms and Policies and accept all the rules and conditions set forth by Top Player Brand.

IMPORTANT

You hereby agree that all orders returned containing face masks will not be eligible for reshipment and will be rejected.

Returns: Please contact us to inform our department of the reason and basis for your decision to return the item(s) you ordered.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size information carefully and ensuring no mistakes are made.

Brazilian Customers: If you wish to return a purchase, you must contact our Customer Service within 7 consecutive days of receipt, providing a photo of the item.

Notice to EU Consumers:

The return request will be evaluated to determine whether the product has been used or damaged, even partially. In such cases, a refund will not be possible.

In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  1. Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

  2. Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene.

Top Player Brand reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion in these cases.

This policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translation made for any purpose.

Delivery times vary depending on the logistics channels and destination.

You can check the estimated delivery time on the shopping cart page by selecting your delivery country during checkout.

  • Delivery time and cost depend on the destination country.

  • Shipping costs for orders containing multiple items are significantly lower.

Europe: Deliveries generally take 2 to 7 business days for most countries.
International (Rest of the World): Estimated delivery time is 2 to 10 business days.

ARTICLE 1

Delivery and Return Policy
  1. The information provided by the customer (name, surname, shipping address, billing address, etc.) during the checkout process must be accurate in order to ensure successful processing and delivery of the order.

  2. The delivery time and cost of an order depend on the customer’s country and the quantity of items in the shopping cart.

  3. The customer can view the shipping cost and estimated delivery time during the checkout process.

  4. The delivery time may vary depending on the chosen delivery method. In the event of a delay — which rarely happens — the customer has a maximum period of 45 days to request a refund.

  5. The customer may request a refund or we may resend the item if the package has not been delivered within 45 days after shipment.

  6. A free replacement can only be offered if there is an issue with the order, such as a manufacturing defect or printing error.

  7. If the customer does not receive their order, we will resend it free of charge.
    This only applies if the delivery company confirms that the package did not reach the delivery address provided by the customer. (We are not responsible for any delivery errors caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.)

  8. The customer may receive their order before the estimated delivery date.
    In fact, 89% of our customers receive their orders earlier than expected.
    In case of a delay, the customer may allow an additional 7 days beyond the estimated delivery date to receive their order.

  9. The customer can cancel their order before processing begins.
    Once the order has been processed, cancellation is no longer possible.

  1. We give customers the opportunity to modify their order in case of an error, but this must be done before the order is processed and shipped.

  2. We are not responsible for delivery delays, as we work with several shipping companies among which the customer can choose different delivery methods.

  3. The delivery times indicated on the website apply only to business days.

  4. The preparation and fulfillment of an order may take between 2 to 5 business days.
    For express deliveries, processing time is shorter.

  5. Our service cannot be held responsible for shipping costs, as these are determined by the respective shipping and delivery companies.

  6. Packages are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order, and we cannot be held responsible if the customer entered an incorrect address without notifying us for correction.

  7. Customers may only return items if they are damaged, within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  8. The customer must contact us to provide more details and supporting evidence (such as photos) regarding the damaged items.

  1. Items to be returned or exchanged must be unworn, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

  2. Items that have already been worn are considered unacceptable and will not be refunded.

  3. In case of an issue, Top Player Brand guarantees a return or exchange within 14 weeks after delivery if the item does not match the description stated on our website (Order Error).

  4. You are entitled to a full refund if the product does not correspond to the description.
    We do not cover shipping fees in this case; otherwise, you may keep the item and find an agreement with our customer service team.

The shipping cost for sending a new product will be covered entirely by us.

ARTICLE 2

Steps for refund and exchange

Step 1: Contact us to report your issue so we can assist you with your return process.

Step 2: Specify the item you wish to return and the reason for the return.
You will receive a response from our customer service team within 48 hours.

Step 3: After receiving the return instructions, please pack the item(s) carefully in their original condition and packaging.
Ship the parcel and inform us about the status of your return.

Step 4: Track your shipment. Once the delivery is confirmed, please notify us so that we can proceed with your refund as soon as possible.

Step 5: Please allow up to 14 business days for your package to be processed after it arrives at our return center.
You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.

Guarantee
  1. All our products are covered by a guarantee, which allows customers to exchange any item that is damaged upon delivery.

  2. The duration of our product guarantee corresponds to that mentioned in Article 1.

  3. However, this guarantee does not apply in cases where the issue is caused by negligence, damage, or improper use of the product by the customer.

  4. We do not provide any guarantee in situations involving individuals falsely claiming to be representatives or agents of our company.
    If in doubt, customers are strongly advised to contact our official support team for verification and further information.

  5. We do not guarantee 100% delivery times, as shipping is managed by independent delivery companies.
    However, we always make every effort to ensure that customers receive their orders as quickly as possible, as we have always done.

Customer's choice of products

When selecting a product, customers are responsible for reviewing the item’s specifications, details, and sizing. Top Player Brand is not liable for incorrect selections made by the customer.
