ORDER PROCESSING & CLAIMS
Order Preparation: Orders may take 2–5 business days to prepare and fulfill.
Claims for Damaged or Defective Items: All claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective products must be submitted within 3 weeks of receiving the item.
Lost Packages: Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 3 weeks of the estimated delivery date. Claims verified as our error will be handled at no cost to you.
Reporting Issues: If you notice any problem with your products or your order, please submit a report to our customer service team.
Incorrect Addresses: If the address provided is insufficient according to the delivery service, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipping costs once we confirm an updated address with you.
Unclaimed Orders: Orders that are unclaimed or not picked up will be returned to our facility, and you will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
Return & Withdrawal Policy
The return request will be assessed to verify whether the product has been used or damaged, even partially.
In such cases, a refund will not be possible.

In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal cannot be granted for:
The supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

If the customer does not receive their order, we will resend it free of charge.

The customer may receive their order before the estimated delivery date.

In case of a delay, the customer may allow an additional 7 days beyond the estimated delivery date to receive their order.
The customer can cancel their order before processing begins.
Once the order has been processed, cancellation is no longer possible.
We give customers the opportunity to modify their order in case of an error, but this must be done before the order is processed and shipped.
We are not responsible for delivery delays, as we work with several shipping companies among which the customer can choose different delivery methods.
The delivery times indicated on the website apply only to business days.
The preparation and fulfillment of an order may take between 2 to 5 business days.
For express deliveries, processing time is shorter.
Our service cannot be held responsible for shipping costs, as these are determined by the respective shipping and delivery companies.
Packages are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order, and we cannot be held responsible if the customer entered an incorrect address without notifying us for correction.
Customers may only return items if they are damaged, within 14 days from the date of delivery.
The customer must contact us to provide more details and supporting evidence (such as photos) regarding the damaged items.
Items to be returned or exchanged must be unworn, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Items that have already been worn are considered unacceptable and will not be refunded.
In case of an issue, Top Player Brand guarantees a return or exchange within 14 weeks after delivery if the item does not match the description stated on our website (Order Error).
You are entitled to a full refund if the product does not correspond to the description.
We do not cover shipping fees in this case; otherwise, you may keep the item and find an agreement with our customer service team.
The shipping cost for sending a new product will be covered entirely by us.
