Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased items can be imported into their country. If customs clearance is required, it must be completed by the customer. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees must be paid by the customer.

In rare cases, orders may be delayed due to customs processing, depending on the regulations of your country. Top Player Brand is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Additional costs or delays may occur during international shipping. Please note that import fees or customs-related delays do not justify refund requests or negative reviews, as these are beyond our control.

Customers may request a refund, or we can resend the item if the package has not been delivered within 45 days of shipment.

3 – Select your country or delivery address and choose the delivery option that suits you. Click “UPDATE”, then click “CONFIRM ORDER”.

4 – If you have ordered from us before, enter your ID, or continue by clicking “IGNORE IDENTIFICATION”.

5 – If you haven’t created an account yet, you can do so at this step by checking “Create an account”. Fill in the required information, including your billing details and delivery address.

6 – Choose your payment method and complete the payment.

After that, we will process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Thank you!

We keep you informed at every step of your order’s shipment, using the contact details you provided (email, WhatsApp, SMS, Messenger, or directly through your Top Player Brand account).

You will be notified when:

  • Your payment has been accepted

  • An invoice for your order is provided

  • Your order is being processed by our order department

  3. We will also provide a link to the official website of the carrier handling your shipment, so you can follow your package all the way to your doorstep.

On Top Player Brand, you only pay for the product and the shipping costs.

To update and/or change my shipping or billing address:

1. log in to your account and click on ” My account ” .

2. once you are in the page ” My account ” click on ” Address ” .

3. when you are in the “Address” page you will see “DELIVERY ADDRESS” and then next to it “CHANGE”.

Make sure that you have entered the correct credentials, i.e. the email address and the same password you used when you registered.

How do I change my e-mail address?

To change your e-mail address :

1. Log in to your Top Player Brand account and click on ” My account ” .

2. Once you are in the ” My Account ” page click on ” Account Details ” .

3. When you are in the “Account Details” page you can enter your new email address and then click on “SAVE CHANGES”.

During checkout, if you see the message “No shipping method available” in your cart:

  1. Please make sure that the address you entered is correct, or contact us if you need assistance.

RETURN

You have the option to return an item and receive a refund.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items.

The product must be in new condition, otherwise we cannot accept it. We will process a refund or exchange once we receive the package and verify that it is in good condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

You are entitled to a full refund if you did not receive your order due to reasons attributable to us.

You can request a refund or return the item if the package has not been delivered within 45 days of shipment.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Return shipping costs for damaged items are the responsibility of the customer.

Please provide your order date and order number to speed up the refund process.

How to return an item:

  1. Contact our customer service to obtain the return address. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Without this information, Top Player Brand will not be able to process your request or issue a refund.

  2. Place the items in their original packaging.

  3. Drop off your package with the carrier provided by Top Player Brand.

  4. Once the package is received at our warehouse and inspected, the refund will be processed automatically.

In case of a problem, the customer must inform us about the condition of the package and notify us if they wish to return or exchange the items.

Items can only be returned if they are damaged, within 14 days from the date of delivery.

The customer must contact us and provide details about the damaged item(s), along with supporting evidence.

Items to be returned or exchanged must be unworn, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Items returned without any signs of wear will be considered unacceptable and will not be refunded.

After verification and proof that the item received by the customer is defective, we will issue a refund.

Shipping costs are not covered by us. If you prefer, you may keep the item and contact our customer service.

Shipping costs for a replacement product will be covered by Top Player Brand.

PAYMENT

We accept all currencies. You can pay in USD, Euro, GBP, and many other currencies.

Once your bank authorizes the payment, the amount will be charged to your card and a confirmation email will be sent to you. If your card is declined or still pending authorization, no funds will be withdrawn. You may contact your card issuer to authorize the payment.

Please note that even if a payment is not authorized, a pending transaction may appear on your account statement. Some banks temporarily hold the funds before approving the withdrawal by our company.

The prices of our products do not include taxes. In some countries, customs duties and VAT may apply. This is beyond our control and cannot be handled by us.

Any customs fees and taxes related to the delivery of an item are your responsibility. If you refuse the delivery of your package, the carrier may return it to Top Player Brand, which could result in additional charges on top of the original customs or import fees.

Currently, we do not deliver orders to all African countries.
